Sandy joined the AMCG team in August 2015, as a customer relations specialist. She is a 1987 graduate of West Greene High School. She attended East Tennessee State University majoring in biology. She is married to Richard Ricker. They have one “child," their fur baby, Sadie, a Siberian Husky.

When Sandy is not at work, her interests include reading, search-a-word puzzles, walking the dog, attending the Spring and Fall Rod Run in Pigeon Forge, guns and watching movies. Sandy says the most significant life event she has experienced is becoming a Christian and being baptized as an adult. She loves fellowshipping and serving alongside fellow members at the Afton Campus of First Christian Church. Her dream vacation would be to go to Alaska and experience a dog sled ride.
